Servicio Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows no arranca

Buenos días.

Tengo un servidor con el sistema operativo Windows 2003 y Symantec Backup Exec 2012.

El servicio Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows no termina de arrancar y tampoco consigo detenerlo. He utilizado la herramienta taskkill y lo detiene.

Se ha reiniciado el servidor y tampoco.

Rogaría por favor una respuesta.

   Have you updated the Backup Exec with latest Service Pack (SP) and hot fixes?

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH189933 : Remote Agent Service hangs on stopping. Reboot required.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH207334 : When the Backup Exec remote agent service is commanded to stop it stays in stopping state and has to be stopped by some other means, including rebooting the server.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH206622 : Backup Exec Remote Agent stays in a stopping state and server has to be rebooted in order to kill it even after installing Hotfix 180429
