I've been going through our older backup server to check on a few things and I just noticed that the 2 servers that I'm backing up which are on our DMZ don't have the option for Shadow Copy Components. Meaning I can't backup the System State. I only have the option of drives C:\ and D:\ which is correct and they backup fine.
The other servers that are not in the DMZ have the Shadow Copy Component options. Am I missing something? I need to have the System State backed up and would rather do it using Backup Exec instead of having to create a local backup on the server using the built in backup utility.
