Sharepoint Backup and .DR file issues on Backup Exec 12.5

We recently upgraded to backup exec 12.5 and we are having issues in the backup logs after we upgraded.  How can we resolve this

These are the errors:

Error 1: STS_Config
is a component of a SharePoint server farm. It must be backed up using the
Backup Exec Agent for Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server. Select it for backup
from the Microsoft Server SharePoint Server Farms node under the Backup Exec
Resources.

Error 2:  The .DR file that is required for intelligent disaster recovery is not updated.
