We recently purchased the share point backup remote agent. When we attempt to backup the share point farm 1 we get two alerts that two items within the backup contain no data. Also, we have a second share point farm that share point no longer recognizes, I have checked that the remote agent on the second farm is running and is using port 10000. The first farm is running WSS 3.0 (share point 2007) and the one that backup exec no longer sees is WSS 2.0.
