Sicherung von NAS-Inhalten (Thecus)

Hallo zusammen,

DANKE

Gruß

Thomas

Hi,

Is that NAS capable of being integrated into Active Directory? The Iomega NAS units for instance can, and once integrated into AD, you would add the Backup Exec service account to the NAS as an admin, making connecting to it very simple.

Otherwise, make sure that in BE itself you have added the NAS admin account's details in and use this to connect to the \\Share. I assume that from the BE media server you can resolve via IP and name?

Lastly, have you tried to add in the share name using the IP address first?

Thanks!

Hallo Craig,
