Single VM restore failed

Hi,

I`ve Backup Exec 15 and taking backup of V-Centre, agent also installed on every VM, however single VM restore failed and throwing below error.....

Error category : Resource ErrorsError : e000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Ensure that the selected resource exists and is online, and then try again. If the server or resource no longer exists, remove it from the selections.

Please verify the logon account in Backup Exec used for Vsphere backup, has all the permissions mentioned in the artilce http://www.veritas.com/docs/100001762. Usually the error "unable to attach to a resource" occurs when there is a permission issue. 

If you are doing a redirected restore, then please ensure the logon account and then click on browse for the Vcenter and choose the path properly. This error may appear when the mentioned path for redirection does not exist or accessible.
