On the Devices Tab, under the robotic library where the tapes show up. When I pull up a tape's properties, or the 'Slot Properties' window, I am able to type a description. When I close the window the description disappears. It won't keep what I have typed. I have been using BE for 4 years and have never had this issue. I am on v12 with SP3. Any ideas on what this could be?
