I have just installed BE11d with AOFO. The server (win 2003) has its own tape drive and is backing up itself (C: and H: drive, System State, and Shadow copy components are on my selection list). I have selected to use AOFO using default AOFO settings (and have installed the AOFO license). My backup jobs are completing with the message: "The job completed successfully. However ... a snapshot operation required by this job was unsuccessful." What is wrong?
