Dear All,
I have corporate edition Symantec server [10.1.5.5000]. I configured the server on window's 2000 server OS [type Win NT]. The clients are Win XP, Win Vista 32 bit and also Win 64 Bit. The server configuration and client installation went fine. But I have two problems facing after the installation.
1. I am not able to install the Vista 64 Bit clients through the parent server. where as Vista 32 is just fine to install and even to live update through the parent server.
2. My main concern:
All the clients show status as "offline". But all the clients update the definition properly and daily as I configured. When tried to troubleshoot this issue I come across that, if once enable and disable client roaming option all the clients’ starts showing status as "online" and after some time again they go offline.
What might be the mistake......Please suggest me. I want to see all the client machines are online....
