Guys,

Im trying to install a Dell Rd1000 and have purchased a Backup Exec 2012 Small Business Edition 1 year maintenance, Now i need to know if this software helps me to do a Granular backup from my Dell Rd1000 .

Hi Dell rd 1000 are supported with BE2012, you can configure the Granular backup with BE2012 , Also, be sure you've installed the Dell software for the RD1000 otherwise there are chances of the eject button working.
