Symantec Security Advisory SYM07-015

We are running Veritas BackupExec 9.1 4691 which is not listed in advisory SYM07-015 as being vulnerable.
 
But, Nessus scans are flagging this version as being vulnerable.
 
Can anyone confirm if in fact 9.1 is affected by this advisory?

v9.1 went End-Of-Life back in January of this year, so Symantec probably never ever tested it.
 
Even if they did, there will be no patch or updated provided.
 
V10d is still supported, and of course v11d is the current release.
 
Sounds like it's time to haul out the corporate credit card and upgrade
