Symantec backup in Exchange

Hi,

I tried to take the backup of MS-Exchange 2007 using Symantec Exec backup 12.5. I'm not able to Flush the Transaction Logs. Can somebody help on this?

Have you configured an incremantal flush log backup.?

If the backuop is sucessful then it shuld flush the log file . What backup method have you selected ?
