Synchronizing backup jobs with media

I want to setup jobs in a way that all Sundays a full backup is performed to a tape that should be either blank or recycled.
Then, during the week, incrementals are added to the tape, until the next Sunday, where BE should recycle an older tape and start the cycle with a new full backup.
I made the appendable period 1 week and overwrite period to 4 weeks (I want to keep 4 running copies).
My main problem is how to asure that new/recycled tapes are allocated on Sunday, and not during the week. Unfortunatelly there seems to be now way to set manually the "Overwrite Period", "Append Until" or the "Allocation date".
Also, I added 4 tapes to the Media set, but now they are all write protected during the next 4 weeks.

So, can somebody help me with the following?

- How to asure that media is allocated only on Sundays
- How to asure that the media will be allocated on the Full backup?
- How to reset "Allocation Date" or "Overwrite period"?

These are set by media set.  APP is set when the first backup set is opened on that media and is never reset   OPP is set when the last backup set on the media is closed, and changes every time data is appended

for example media set OPP is  7 days,  APP is 5 days

Monday is an overwrite.   You can add data Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri , but not Sat

if you DO append on FRI, you cannot overwrite the tape until the following SAT

I cleary missed there was an option to overwrite media for the job.
