System State is not available on a the Selection List with Backup Exec 10.0

I can not see on the selection list the system state of a Windows NT 4.0 SP6a Domain Controller remote computer with Backup Exec 10.0. The following procedures had been used as reference to resolve the problem and no success yet.

This event has been seen only on the Windows NT Server remote computers. Because on the media server (Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP) and a Windows XP SP1 remote workstation is not observed. No updates had been installed, my current version is 10.0 rev. 5484.

Hello Ricardo,
That is because a NT4 System is no longer suported with Bakupexec 10. Please go through the following Compatibilty List:
