Previously running backup exec 11d with tandberg lto-2 tape autoloader and the system worked fine. Since have upgraded to backup exec 12 sp1 and could not communicate with the autoloader device. After resetting the server and tape drive, still could not communicate. Proceeded to delete the tape drive from the robotic library for the tape drive, and now the autoloader does not show up under robotic libraries and I can not add it back in. The device does not even show up under Windows Device Manager! Would appreciate help.
