Template Rules Issue Effects Start Date

When i create a template rule the start for the job changes.

Example: 

Full every 14 days on Sunday that start at 11pm.  Will start on 8/12/07.

Diff every day that start at 11pm.

Apply an close.

When I add a template rule the start day changes by 14 days.  New start date 8/26/07.

Delete template rule and that start day goes back to 8/12/07.

If I leave the rule in place and modify the schedule of the full job, the start date changes by another 14 days.  New start 9/9/07.

Help.  What is wrong or what am i doing wrong?

Doesnt show up for me on live update.

I believe it takes a few days after the release of a hotfix for it to show up in Liveupdate.  From what I can see at this moment it is not on Liveupdate.
