About six months ago, I installed CPS on one of my BE 11D servers. A couple of things I noticed right away was that my normal backups tripled in time. Another was that the remote agent for CPS was pushing the CPU utilization WAY up on the box being backed up.
With all of the problems I was having with CPS, I rebuilt the server, as uninstalling CPS still left my normal backups taking forever. I really want to be able to use CPS' capabilities but I'm fearful that it will turn my life into a living hell as it did last time I used it.
Are there any "secrets" I should know about when using CPS? Thanks in advance.
