The device media not found ....

Good Day.
we have a new VS160 tape drive for the replacement of our broken tape drive, when i run the backup again. the error appears that the device media not found.

im just using the tapes that we use in the old tape drive. any ideas regarding this problem.

What is the error number?

If you re-label the tapes before using them, does a job run?

If you shut down BackupExec, can NTBackup use these tapes?
