I want to take full backup of Exchange 2010 sp2 gives the following error. Could you help. Thanks

Please check

1) Whether you have given the proper rights to the account with which you are backing up.

2) Verify that same exchange version management tool is installed on Backup exec server

3) Verify Mapi CDO is installed on exchange servers.

4) And if you are taking backup to B2D through NAS verify that the hardware is in SCL.
