A customer of ours uses backupexec 12 with true image restore.
Sometimes they get this message:
This resource will be backed up without collecting additional information for synthetic backup and for true image restore. The option is not supported by this resource type.
The strange thing is that it not happens everytime.
In the backup selection are only flatfiles and the systemstate ( 2000 and 2003 servers )
