Tons of logfiles in the vss provider\logs directory

Hi,

during a routine control of my servers I found in the vss provider\logs directory for each day a snapshot for backup is performed, a log file which is empty, In the past, some of the logfiles contains messages, but since middle of october, all logfiles are empty (maybe because I installed a patch).

Does this should me give a hint of things not running perfectly?

I'm running BE 2012 now, last year I'm running BE2010.

These logs will only log issues with different snapshot operation. Typically they can be blank or have a few line of data logged everythime unless there is an issue. to increase or decrease the logging refer to

http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO72083

Edit: You can safely remove these files if not needed.
