Hi Milton
-- You will need Backup Exec 11d build 7170 to backup E2K7.
-- Make sure you have the license installed on the Backup Exec server.
-- Make sure you have the lastest patches and drivers applied.
-- Reinstall the Remote Agent on the Exchange 2007 server.
-- It's very important to update the Microsoft MAPI/CDO.
-- Install Exchange Tools if BE is installed on a 32 bit server.
Here are some documents that will help out.
Backup Exec 11d Best Practices Guide: Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server.
I like to check the S/N's in one of our reports called a BEDIAG.
