Turning on Exchange Agent functionality?

I've just installed Exchange Server 2007, and have an Exchange Server license in my Backup Exec. But the backup options for that server just include the standard C:, System State, etc, but none of the Exchange store items I was expecting.

I do have an older Exchange Server, but I deleted the agent from that.

Have a look at the requirements for Exchange 2007 at Backup Exec and Microsoft Exchange 2007

Hi Milton

-- You will need Backup Exec 11d build 7170 to backup E2K7.
-- Make sure you have the license installed on the Backup Exec server.
-- Make sure you have the lastest patches and drivers applied.
-- Reinstall the Remote Agent on the Exchange 2007 server.
-- It's very important to update the Microsoft MAPI/CDO.
-- Install Exchange Tools if BE is installed on a 32 bit server.

Here are some documents that will help out.

Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects (MAPI/CDO) needs to be updated to support backup of Exchange 2007 with Backup Exec 11.0 for Windows Servers build 7170.

I like to check the S/N's in one of our reports called a BEDIAG.

BEDIAG LOG - HOW TO CREATE
===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== ===== =====
You will have to generate and save one.
-- In Backup Exec go to the TOOLS menu
-- Select the second item down "Backup Exec Diagnostics..."
-- Click "Run Diagnostics" from the pop open window
-- Make sure you are diagnosing the proper media server
if Backup Exec is installed on multiple servers listed
-- When finished a Notepad window will open
-- The S/N information is located towards the top of the report

Thank you.

To start the process, I ran LiveUpdate and got some huge updates; but at the end of it, I'm still at "rev. 6235". How do I get to 7170?
