Two Disk Backups to One Tape

Is it possible to set up two backups jobs to run sequentially and then duplicate both jobs to a tape?  I'd like to set up a scenario where SQL and Exchange data are backed up, then flat files are backed up, and then both jobs are duplicated to a tape drive.

It would be much easier to use policies to kick off the B2T as soon as the B2D completes, with the second B2T job defined as APPEND to the same media set
