*.U01 is a corrupt file !

Hi, I got on all my Full Backup the following error Message :
Backup - D: WARNING: "D:\VERITAS\Catalogs\{9A3F6E8C-5718-45F8-96D2-E3A}.U01" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.
Verify - D: WARNING: "{9A3F6E8C-5718-45F8-96D2-}.U01" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

The Backup seams to be OK, but the Job are Failed
