Ultrium Tape not Recognized

Hi,

I`ve installed a HP Ultrium 448 tapedrive.
But when i put a tape in the drive then Backup Exec says "Unrecognized Media".
It is a 400GB Ultrium data cartridge (C7972A).
I`ve installed al the updates en firmware (from HP and Backup Exec).

What could be the problem?

I re�nstalled the symantec tape drivers instead of the hp-drivers. That did the trick.
