Unable to Install 9.1 SP1

I'm trying to install SP1 it starts and gets to a point where it asks for the location of "Veritas Backup Exec For Windows Servers.msi" file. Where is this file located? I downloaded both 9.1 and sp1 install files so there are no .msi files to point to.

Kindly browse to \WINNT\INSTALL\BE\Veritas BackupExec for windows servers.msi to continue the installation.

Assuming the solution provided is correct. Also, there is no response from the customer within 2 days from the last reply by Veritas

Tip: you have to make sure the installation files are on the server machine(either on the hard disk, or in the cd-rom). it cannot be patched successfully if trying to pull the MSI across a network.
