Unable to Select MS Exchange 2003 Info on a CPS Backup Job

The Exchange server has a BE 11d Media server installed - along with Exchange Agent and Remote Agent.
 
The CPS server ( different server ) will not allow the selection of the infostore to run a CPS job. The Info store does not appear in the selection list, although the rest of the file system / system state is selectable. All CPS services are set to Automatic and Started on the Exchange Server.
 
 I followed a Symantec KB article for troubleshooting but was unable to fix 
 
I have confirmed the Exchange CPS Agent is installed on the Exchange Server. ( Push Installed from the CPS server )
 
Any ideas?

I will try to help because I have been dealing with this for some time.  You have to set up the jbackup job in Backup Exec.  Go to the Microsoft Exchage options and check continous protection and a time period for snapshots.  Be sure this job is sent to backup-to-disk folder on hard drive.  You then have to another backup job to write this information to a tape.
