i have upgraded the BackUP exec 12.5 to 2010, after the upgrade i am not bale to access the mail domino database.
if anyone has a solution please share with me

it was with the DOAS config in Domino Server

If you stop the BE remote Agents services on the domino server are you then able to connect to the mail ?

What I also had once, is that the BE Agent installs .NET framework 2.0. After the installations I had some trouble with Exchange, but these were resolved after running MS Update, which installs some .net updates.

You got to be more specific. Describe what did you do the accesss the Domino databases and what error messages did you encountered.
When you upgrade to BE 2010, did you install a new licence key for the Domino agent?
Are you using BE 2010 R2? Did you install SP1 and all the hotfixes (4, I think) and then push out the remote agent again to your Domino server. Also, did you re-boot your Domino server after re-pushing the remote agent.
