Unable to access some forlders

I have installed back exec ver 9.1 on windows server 2003. for some reason I can access some folder( User Data) but some user have folder grayed. everytime I'm trying to access those folders I receive message saying
' Slection of this item is disableYou are not authorized to access this item, A Licence Key for this Back up exec Remote Agent for windows server not installed on the machine or the Remote Agent is old or incompartalbe.

Note that if you have previously installed an older remote agent at remote servers, you need to update to the same version as server.

Please check if the account you use for backup exec has the appropiate privileges on that folders.
