Unable to backup SQL server Remotely

Please help me to solve this problem.

I installed backupexec on media server (W2k3) and want to back up SQL server(W2k3) on the network.
When i create new backup job and select remote locations the Microsoft SQL checkbox is grey.

Please help if anyone has the solutions to my problems.

Have you installed the SQL agent license key on the media server?

Yes I did install the license key and in the SQL server, I installed Remote Agent as well.

Please advice if you have any other clue.

is the remote agent started and running on the SQL Server?

on the media server, tools\options\SQL - is Enable SQL support checked?

Remote agent already installed and running (I checked on services).

Not sure which point you mentioned in tools\options\SQL ... is it in the backupExec under tools menu ? is yes, I can see the SQL options and looks like everything is ok. but I couldn't find "Enable SQL support".
Can you advice me more in detail please ?.
