Hello,

What are you backing up? Is it a Snap server?

Not backing up a snap server.
Just backing up data on a few servers.

Hello,

If its occuring for the backup of a few servers as mentioned by you, please seperate the backups, create one job per server, for diagnostic purposes.

-Check if you have entered one remote agent license key per remote server backed up.
-Ensure that the remote agent service on the remote servers is running under local system account.
-Ensure that the remote agent is the same version as the backup exec installation.
