Unable to install Backup Exec Retrieve 2010 on Server 2003 - please help.

I'm having an issue when trying to install Backup Exec Retrieve 2010 on my Server 2003 machin with Exchange 2003 running. I first installed Backup Exec 2010, then during the install of the BER 2010 - it fails to install. *See screenshots for further details*  The server passes all environment checks, and Live update installs fine, but when it gets to installing BER 2010 - it says " The wizard was interrupted before Backup Exec Retrieve could be completely installed." Please help, I've already uninstalled/reinstalled Backup Exec 2010 R3, and don't know what to do next.

Why are you installing BE Retrieve?  BE Retrieve are only for installations using either CPS or the BE Archive Option to retrieve files.  It cannot be used to retrieve mails which are backed up by BE.  These needs to be restored.
