Unable to install BackupExec 11 SP3

We are running Backup Exec 11.0 Rev 6235 and would like to install SP3 on this box. Running live updare finishes with an error "LU1812: A program that was part of this update has failed when it run. The update was not applied."

There is SP2 and Hot Fix 27 already applied on this box.

Can you please help.

Upgrade to 7170. That is the latest built for 11 d .
