You are getting the following error,

Some files may remain open at the time of performing backup. Backup Exec tries to backup these files by trying to acquire a lock on the open file.
If the file is in use continuously longer then, Backup Exec skips the files so that it can continue backing up the remaining files. These skipped files are reported in the job log as "Unable to open the item skipped".
To successfully backup open files except large database files, we recommend you to use the Backup Exec Advanced Open File Option.
There is no need to backup WINNT folder as this data can be backed up through system state. Hence, suggest you to run a separate backup job for system state and observe the result.
