Unable to push Exchange Agent

Is there any way to manually install the Exchange agent on a remote exchange server? Our push function is not working and we have a critical outage and need to restore to exchange. Please advise.

Copy the entire RANT32 to the server you wish to install the agent on and run "setupaa.cmd". Do not stop the execution once it starts as it might take a while. Here's the path:
Program FilesVERITAS\BackupExec\NT\Agents\RANT32.

Please note that you need to insert the Exchange Agent license on the Backup Exec server and the Remote Agent should be installed on the Exchange server.
You can follow the procedure mentioned by Mr Duguid to install locally the remote agent.
