Unable to re-install DLO

I hade some problems with my DLO installation on a Bexec server, so in an attempt to get a new fresh installation i uninstalled the DLO component using the installation program, and then manualy uninstalled the DLO SQL instance.

But when i'm going to re-install the DLO the installation stops with the following error message: "ERROR: Error 1606.Could not access network location \\\." When I look in the installation log, I see the following message:
