Unable to restore single mailbox using Backup Exec 12.5, please help!

Hi guys,

 

Wea are working with MS Exchange 2003.

I am trying to restore a single mailbox / the inbox of a single mailbox using Backup Exec 12.5.

The backup resides locally on the server and not on tape.

Each time, I receive this error:

The job failed with the following error: Cannot restore one or more mailboxes. The database that the mailboxes reside in is dismounted or is not accessible. Ensure that the server is available and that the database is mounted, and then run the job again.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I also receive the following error:

 

Errors:
Restore- \\Server Name\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes
Unable to restore any content for bowles, Bonny  [Bonny.Bones] because the Microsoft Exchange database that hosts that mailbox is offline or the mailbox doesn't exist.
 
 
The mailbox actually does exist and the "Hide from Exchange address lists" option is not checked in the Active Directory.
