Unable to update MMS server 2014 SP2

Hi Folks,

Need help in updating the the BE MMS server from 2014 sp2 to 2015 sp3, while i am trying to update it is failing at the end of installation with below error.

FATAL ERROR: Error 1714.The older version of Symantec Backup Exec cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.  

we are in CASo environment and have almost 21 mms server with dedupe storage, 19 of them went fine however 2 of them are failing....Kindly help

Have you tried to remove the MMS server that's failing from the CASO before doing the upgrade?

If not, try this and if it upgrades successfully, then re-add it to the CASO.
