Unable to view and select sub-directories

Using BE 10d (10.1 Rev 5629 with SP2 and HF 43 & 45)
In trying to create a new backup job, I am unable to view/select certain drive's sub-directories. Under Selections, I click on the "+" sign to expand a directory and click on the directory itself, it shows no sub-directories. However, I can view/select other directories on that drive.
I made sure security permissions are the same.
If I check the directory for backup, it works. The Restore does show the list of sub-directories.

Are these remote or local directories ?
Are you using Administrator in System Logon Accounts ?

Very strange if you can view directories in RESTORE, does not make sense. Try restarting your BExec session, a restart of the Server wouldnt go amiss either as I think it's a funny.

Is this a SQL server? If it's, then you need to install a remote agent.

These are local file directories on the Backup Exec Server.
I am using my domain admin account. I have restarted BE services....same thing.
