How can I update BackupExec without using LiveUpdate, as BackupExec is
installed in a network, which is Internet disconnected?

So I want to download manually in order to install update. The question is, where can I take complete actual list of hot-fix by product BackupExec 11d for Windows Server?

Go to:
http://www.symantec.com/enterprise/support/downloads.jsp?pid=15047
and enter your OS. A list of the current hotfixes will display. Select the ones you want, download, and then install.

Oops, didn't fully read your post. Download the hotfixes you need to a USB drive or CD/DVD. Sneaker net them to your BE box and install.
