Upgrade Backup Exec 12.5 Small Business Edition??

We purchased a new LTO Tape drive from Dell which came with a copy of Backup Exec Small Business Edition.  We want to install the software onto a Windows 2008 Standard Server but it tells us that it can only run on SBS.  Is it possible to upgrade this so we can install it on a W28K server?

I think there probably is an upgrade price, but you would have to speak to the licensing folks
