Upgrade Backupeec database

Hello,

I'm using BackupEXEC 10.1 SP3.

Our database locate on SQL 2000 Windows 2003 sever.

The BackupEXEC database locate on this server and I would like to upgrade this server to SQL 2005.

Any issues ?

What I need to do for upgrade ?

I just want to add that I'm using DLO

Backup Exec 10d does not support SQL2005 for BE's own database.

I can upgrade to 11.

What is the process to upgrade to 11 (include the DLO) and after to upgrade to SQL 2005 ?
