Upgrade from 8.6 to 10.0 - Job fails and other problem!

I'm running Backup Exec 10.0 rev 5484 on a Windows 2003 Server .
I have upgraded all my server with then new backup exec remote agent.

this is a list of my problem :
- after few jobs , all other job fails with the message:The backup job engine system service is not running
- during migration some jobs have lost selection,credentials and schedule
- some jobs end with the message : a hardware error occurred
- can't install service pack 1 (after a lot of hour the installation don't' end)

i'm going to rollback to verritas 8.6....

Other information:

In application log i have this message:
Faultin application bengine.exe version 10.0.5484.0, faulting module beclass.dll

We use Ibm ultrium tape 3583 robotic library

Please Help me!!!!!

Hi,

We suggest you to first upgrade to build 5520, install Service Pack 1 for build 5520 and reinstall remote agent:

* Remote agents need to be reinstalled after upgrade. Run the installation over the current installation.
