Getting closer and closer to rolling it out. It's probably going to be an upgrade as opposed to an uninstall 9.1 & install 11d, which raises one issue: how painless will upgrading the agents be?
Do any of the SQL, Exchange or AOFO agents require a restart or cause the servers' relevant services to restart? If they do, that is obviously an undesired side-effect and we'll have to plan the upgrade in a bit more detail.
