Hi Mohamed,
Check below:
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO98878
You'll basically do the following:
1. Stop the BE services and grab copies of the Data/Catalogs folders.
2. run the upgrade.
3. run LiveUpdate to install any additional patches on the media server.
4. Push-install these patches via push-install to your remote servers to upgrade them.
Thanks!

Same situation here (BE 2010 SP4 on WS 2008 R2). I would like to upgrade our media server to WS 2012 R2 before installing BE 2014 though. Is there a way to do a clean installation of the OS and BE 2014, then import the catalogs and an existing Dedupe folder from BE 2010?
