Upgrade to Backup Exec 2012

Hi

I had purchaced Backup 2010 and have a valid subscription till october 2012.Do i qualify for an automatic Free upgrade to backup 2012?

Any help would be required

Yes, you do...Valid maintenance contract allows one to upgrade to a newer version of the software during the validity period...The licensing team would be able to provide further details...

And would suggest to first use BE 2012 in a test environ, as this version is considerably different from the previous ones...you can download the trialware from www.backupexec.com
