I know other people are having this issue. I can't find any resolution anywhere. I have called Symantec and they have told me everything from we don't have our licenses issues to backing up without users running office. They have no solution and I see this as an upcoming big issue for them.
We are using XPSP2 with Office 2007 and Backup Exec 11d. Our Outlook does not work via an Exchange server, it is via Webmail.
