V-79-57344-65085 - There was a problem running the DBCC. Unknown how to resolve

I have one of our servers failing with the following error:

"V-79-57344-65085 - There was a problem running the DBCC"

I'm unsure of how to proceed. There is a Symantec Article that discusses the error but I'm unable to follow the steps it lists to confirm - they appear to be based on an older SQL Management Studio or something.

Can someone advise how to proceed in correcting this?

Would you pls post the complete job log. (Since there are usually details in the job log as to why DBCC failed)

From the backup job properties, you may disable Advanced Open File Option & Checkpoint Restart.

Secondly, run a DBCC against TCM-Prod dB. If you are using Management Studio, connect to the SQL instance using the Backup Exec account. Click on New Query & type the following ~

Use TCM_Prod
DBCC CheckDB

Click on Execute to run the query.
