Every time I run a backup job with veritas 9.1 for windows on a windows 2000 server the C:\ drive disk space will decrease by up 500 MB. I was wondering if there is anybody experiencing this sort of issue. The calalog file are set to the D:\data partition of the hard drive

Hello,

Please elaborate the issue. How much and what type of data do you backup in this job?

If errors in event logs, please inform us in the reply post.

Are the log files on the C: drive?
Have you selected Detailed Logging? if so, try switching to summary loggin instead

Hi,
Please go throught the job log of the job concerned and check the device that has been used. If you have selected all device pool it is possible that the backup would be done to a backup to disk folder !
